Internet Access Sharing Agreement a neighborly arrangement, in writing
The realm shares its road with one sworn neighbor: the Bannerman. The agreement below is the whole of it, in plain words. The signed paper is the record; this page lets you read it anywhere and add your name so the King knows you have.
- As-is service. The connection is shared strictly as is and as available: no promise of speed, availability, reliability or security, and no support, filtering or backups.
- Lawful use only. No piracy, harassment, fraud, break-ins, malware, or anything else unlawful.
- No resale or extension. Not sold on, not charged for, not stretched beyond your own household.
- No fee. A courtesy. Anything you chip in toward costs is a gift, not a subscription.
- Separate network, logged. Your access runs on its own isolated segment; connection metadata may be logged and reviewed if a complaint arises.
- Responsibility. Everything from your segment and your devices is yours; you hold the Provider harmless for it.
- No liability. The Provider is not liable for losses from using, relying on, or losing the connection.
- Termination. Either side may end it at any time, for any reason, without notice; misuse may be cut off at once.
- Entire agreement; the law of the Provider’s home state.
